I don't want to upgrade my operating system further as my Macbook Pro is a 2012, and I would have to pay for Adobe, Microsoft and more, all over again. The 2nd Apple specialist support I called, said the old version of iMovie will not work in El Capitan, and the iMovie 10 needs at least OSX 10 Sierra. First the sound stopped working after a while, then when I went back to an earlier edit from Time Machine, now i have yellow triangles on all clips.
